Pride in sexual preference and gender
In June of 1999, former President Bill Clinton declared the month of June as "Gay and Lesbian Pride Month." He said the designation was to commemorate a riot that occurred in New York City on June 28th, 1969 as a result of alleged police harrassment of homosexual people.
In 2009, the month was renamed "Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Pride Month" by former President Barack Obama. This shifted focus away from the riot and toward an "Awareness Month" for non-whites and people with atypical sexual preferences and genders.
In 2026, Democrats, the media, and educational institutions coordinate with the media to use newly defined months to subtly segregate minority people by exploiting their demographic variables. It gives them a foundational means of claiming ownership and a visionary sense of confidence that the property will someday pay for itself.
